In the newer releases, the added in Greedo shot (which I'm nerdy enough to rewind and check for) looks very cheap as well as Greedo being a terrible shot.

Han was supposed to be cowboy-like or whatever but they wanted to make him look nicer as if it was in self-defense. 
Also, the Blu-Ray releases have more yelling of "NOOO!" than ever before.
