Try Pencil. For animators, it's a good free alternative to getting Flash.

Thanks. I've seen that before, and it was very good, but I got problems with it. 
Anyway, I've decided to use Scratch now, so I suppose there's no need to keep this open. Not that I'm saying that I want it closed, but you can if you want.

Usually resolved threads can get off topic at times (especially in areas like Miscellaneous!), so I'll close it for now. Just send a over a report of you need to reopened for any reason.
