Lolol I bet you could wipe off half of her 'beauty' with a freakin' towel if she's anything like the girls in my year ><
Yeah. She acts like her life is the absolute PITS. Oh boy, if she tried living in someone else's shoes for the day I'd love to see how she got on. c;<

The problem was my friends weren't exactly "cool" either. I sometimes used lame insults like "I know you are but what am I?" I know they're rubbish insults, but I couldn't think of anything else to say! XD
Anyway, I'm just glad it's stopped!
None of my friends are 'cool' either, so instead of being self-righteous just try to be sarcastic and insulting. Act like you can be as mean as they are to you. >:3

This is exactly right. I was bullied every day for a solid year when I was like 9, and came home crying everyday. The only advice I ever got from the teachers was "Just ignore them and walk away". I mean, that NEVER works, and the bully never even got spoken to!I wouldn't say that's right, from my personal experience whether or not the bullying stops depends largely on intervention to stop it.
If one adult doesn't listen, then find someone who does. The end of one of the articles I gave above in a previous comment I think explains it best: Tell someone about it and keep telling until something is done.My words EXACTLY cheddargirl .
I think a lot people forget that things like standing ground, getting buddies, etc. can sometimes work to stop the bullying against you, but doesn't really stop the bullying behavior in general (the bully will often times go picking someone else). Hence why it's still important to tell someone until something is done.

Yeah. ^_^
I just personally think that it's better to tell, say, other people in your class than a teacher. Teachers here are more concerned about the fact that the school can't afford PENCILS than about bullying.
Most teachers give you the same advice, not really helping...
If you tell classmates, they can stand up for you as they'll start to notice that the bully is being cruel. ^^

Like I said, most don't care. One teacher didn't start class in our school because "we needed special pencils."
And some teachers are bullies, so don't worry, they might make it worse... One girl is trying to bully me. Sorry girl, but you were the best person to sneer at, with your pitiful attempts to make me feel bad. She just tries to get everyone in trouble >.>

Anyways, I suggest killing the person who did this to you. *creepy grin*
No, don't do that. Bad, bad idea.
Jeez, what am I putting into kids' heads?
I suggest demanding that this kid be suspended or some form of punisment.

Often times it also really depends on the school system. I went to one school where telling the teacher did something about bullying, another school I went to teachers didn't do much until I brought it up with one of my parents who pushed for a change to be done.
Personally, I still think a trusted adult needs to be told about it, particularly because peer intervention doesn't always work and may not target the problem of correcting the bullying behavior entirely (this drawn from personal experience).

There's a song with, uh, a LOT of cussing in it by MSI... look it up on YouTube. 'Stupid Mf' should find it (please don't hurt me mods) but it sums up Bria perectly... how I long to play it in her face! o;

That happened to me, too, I did get a lot of flack about that, but my mom kept pushing on about it, which finally did something to get the girl to stop. It sure worked a lot better than everyone having to gang up all the time. Again, still better than not telling an adult at all.

True... and what I've noticed is that it's always the smarter, less chavvy kids that get picked on here. :c Shame really, specially when the smarter 'nerds' stop trying at school just in order to fit in. :s

I have everything going for me.
I'm like the perfect storm of bully fodder.
Let's see...
I'm fat
I'm a nerd
I'm a loner
I'm bisexual
I'm feminine
I have Aspergers and I act differently from them
I get angry and give them a reaction quicker
I tend not to tell people about school
...You can guess how much I was bullied.

I am proud of the fact that I'm a nerd. If someone starts bullying me for it(even though my state recently passed a really strict bullying law), I'm not going to act dumb. I promise.
Sometimes, I think you need just you and your buddies to sort out problems. Adults can't solve everything for you.
