So long as you have the option to disable this feature for yourself (So people don't start putting annoying music on their pages and forcing you to listen to it) I'd be fine with this.

This would be the most difficult part of moderation for the ST. The ST isn't going to waste time listening to the songs on userpages. Also, won't that take a lot of space in the servers and slow it down? I think the ST doesn't want unnecessary usage of server space.
