Incorrect Forum times

I just saw someone post a comment at 12:30 (example, but also close to real). Not even 30 seconds later I see someone post a comment at 12:32. And I also notice that 1 minute is more like 30 seconds on the forums! This is really weird on my Mac, using SeaMonkey  wink .
