Any ideas? It will have some changes to the block-builder, what I will do isn't decided.

Great idea! I don't have any particular ideas in mind, but I can't wait to see what comes out of this.
I'd suggest getting a small group of people together, because unless you're just making minor (ie, cosmetic) changes to the program, working on this all by yourself can be a daunting task.

One thing you may want to take a look at as an example is Slash...It is also a mod based on BYOB...but PLEASE DON'T use the same color scheme!!!

You CAN change the Slash color scheme. Do Edit>Change graphics>Original

Cool! It is open-source! Go to the BYOB Development.BAT file; shift-click edit and there are the dev tools

You can also use Elements, but I think the Squeak browser is easier, even without blocks.
