I think i found a glitch
I know this is stupid but,When i posted a new comment on a forum when i put submit I didn't even get the wait 180 seconds and i didn't even wait 180 seconds! What is going on?

Maybe it was three minutes, and you didn't notice?
And if I didn't have to wait any time, I wouldn't be telling everyone, otherwise it would just get fixed!

It used to be even 600 - and before that, 1000. Can you imagine having to wait 1000 seconds between posts? 
Either way, it's still likely you just waited 360 seconds without knowing it.
