Weirdest game mods.
Talk about weird mods here.
A few to start: A test weapon Garry made for Garry's Mod as a test is a AK-47 that shoots babies, A DOOM total conversion mod that turns it into...a 3D Sonic game (I can't remember the title or details, all I know besides that is that it's been in active development since 1998) and a Half-Life mod where all the scientists have stretched limbs and heads, all the sound files are replaced with random voice clips, and features heavily modified weapons, such as a giant syringe that makes people explode, and a modified purple Snark that yells "DRINK YO PRUNE JOOCE."

That's not weird, nor uncommon.
There are so many Sonic to Mario sprite swaps it's not even funny.

There was a mod for GTA SA which made the character a nude anime girl with a constant black outline.

And I can't remember where I found it, but there was this one mod for Metal Gear Solid 3 that made the Guy Savage person playable throughout the entire main game...and maybe even Snake vs. Monkey. O_o

HL2 had nude mods before it was even finished. That's how jerkish these people are.
