As you can see, I am a "new scratcher". Actually, I've been scratching for about a year. It's only now I've decided to set up an account. I understand this, as there was no way for the website to know that, but I want to know how long I have to have an account for until I am a "scratcher"

There's no set time, it just depends on how active you are (on the main site and the forums) and how nice you are to other people.
I became a Scratcher about a month after joining.
