Downloading Scratch without the installer?

Ok, it's 5am where I am and I want to use Scratch on my dad's laptop, but it needs my dad's password to run the installer and I'm not going to see him for another 9 hours.

Is there a way I could just download the folder without running anything which needs admin powers to use?

(By the way, it is his laptop, but he made me an account quickly so I could work on java stuff while out but didn't have time to make it able to download stuff without an admin password)

Wouldn't this be more fit in Advanced Topics?

"Eventually, you will outgrow all the stuff you love — your favorite jeans, your stuffed Barney, etc. Similarly, after a while, it's logical that eventually we will outgrow Scratch. The Advanced Topics or ATs is a place where we go after we outgrow Scratch. It's a place where there's always something new and cool going on — BYOB, the Block Library, etc. It's like a lab, in a way, because it's a place where we experiment and learn, not just about Scratch and Squeak, but also try to improve the forum experience via JavaScript, PHP, and more."

I don't see how it fits in advanced topics at all.
