Depends:
Windows -> MacOSX Lion = yes
MacOSX Snow Leopard -> MacOSX Lion = noWell I've got SL on another partition, so I can use either, and I end up using Lion. Coincidence? I don't think so.
Sure the scrollbars are ugly, but what else is there to complain? Mission control is awesome, because spaces have been integrated, and each space can have its own desktop background.
Launchpad is fun (not much use though )
And Full Screen mode? I don't know how else I'd like to use a 11" Macbook Air
There are plenty of things to complain about other than scroll bars. How about the inverted scrolling, which, if you use a mouse with a scroll wheel, is impossible. Or the part that after quite some time of finally getting used to the inverted scrolling, you go back to your Windows and find that the original scrolling was so much more natural. Or the part that buttons act weird (too small or something; the Submit and Preview buttons aren't high enough). I never use the Spaces; it's pretty useless- even worse than the original Spaces, and Exposé was infinitely better than Mission Control for sorting through apps.
Launchpad is kinda fun, but answer this question for me: Does one useless little nice part override uncountable downsides?
And Full Screen mode? Sure, that was nice at first, but once you get used to it (which takes a few hours), it's not that great. I never use it. As I type, I'm in Windowed mode.

Full screen mode on my fullHD 21" isn't as useful as it would be on a tiny macbook
Inverted scrolling you can disable, although I did, but then went back to it.
And i've tried inverted scrolling on a normal mouse and it's not too bad, and you can always disable it.
I use spaces all the time. One of my favourite feature of Mac. Even Ubuntu has spaces now.
