You can show/hide them by clicking the little checkbox beside their name, but there is no block to show/hide them. I'm pretty sure that's coming in Scratch 2.0.

There's no way to change it while the projects running, unfortunately. If I could have one block added, that would be it!

As RedRocker227 and I mentioned, that unfortunately is impossible. However, I think that I heard somewhere that that's coming in Scratch 2.0.

Yeah, it's coming in 2.0, but it is in some mods (one I can remember is Panther), but is very glitchy.
