Better Forum Topic Management

Okay, you make a Text Based Game, but it can't have double-posting for it to work. You leave a note saying that, but... someone cheats and double-posts. You start to wish you could disable double-posting...

Or, you make a topic about something that should be text-only. However... a spammer comes along and posts a "Funny Kat" pic or something like that, or adds a link to their site. "If only I could stop links and photos from being put on my topic," you say.

Well, what if you could turn things such as double-posting, pic posting and links off? "That would be truly epicsauce," you say.

That's what I'm suggesting. When you start a topic on the Forums (and TBG Forums), you should be able to turn on and off things like this (not the 60 second rule; that's to prevent spam, and those who are afraid of spammers and keep it on would be gotten mad at by spammers and non-spammers alike). Only the Forum Topic Owner, Mods and Scratch Team Members should be able to bypass these rules. What do you think?
