I'm starting the Cycle.
I read the first few pages of Eragon and it was awesome. So I'm going to order it from the library.

Science fiction is cool too, I suppose. I don't read much of it though.
Read Ender's Game (it's the first of a series of 9 books including 4 spin off books that take place between the 1st and 2nd official books)
