You're not supposed to tell people you reported them. Sometimes on games I friendlily tell people to be careful because they could get reported after reporting them, but you shouldn't tell them you reported them.

So tell him he's trolling. Just don't include the <-- part. And the mods actually say that you shouldn't comment at all about trolling.
