Me: You just lost the game

Entire class: *laughs*

Teacher: *confuzed*

Me: The game is a game that everybody plays, but most people don't know about. Every time you hear or say the game, you lose it. Therefore, everybody in the room, including me and you, just lost the game. Four times.

Teacher: Great. How can I win 'The game'

Me: Make that 5 times, and you can't. Only Chuck Norris can.

Entire class: *laughs again, louder*

Bet if I did that, people would look at each other like "Wow what a geek" 

I doubt anybody in my school would do that. They all have facebook account, including the teachers, and most of them still play Pokemon. I'm in 6th grade. My entire school is nerds. You're cool if you can name all 150 original pokemon. In french, german, spanish, and latin? You're a god.

It's not what you do, it's peoples' reactions
Someone else could do what you did and people would laugh
I don't know why, it's just never funny when I make a joke.

i.e.:
1: I have, like, a degree in pie-cutting
2: Me too!
Me: Oh yeah, well, I have a ph.D and I was a pie-cutting college professor

1: I was your pie cutting college professor
2: XDDD
