True, I do that occasionally. Plus, beta has more content, so if you go in creative and peaceful, it is like an upgraded classic.

My friend judged MC by classic and said it sucked. I told her that she hasn't played the full and that it's very fun and cheap.

Technically, yes a wolf. You get some bones (the amount required varies, normally takes about 3) and keep "feeding" them to the wolf (right clicking with the bone in your hand while your render is on your dog). When little hearts come up, you have domesticated the wolf.

There is a creative mode in Beta, which is much better than Classic. Also, it has flying, which Classic doesn't have.
