I made this topic a while back, but its closed now, so....


BlazBlue a really awesome, underrated, anime-style, 2D fighting game. Think Mortal Kombat, but very unique characters, all with different special attacks and combos.

I've never even heard of BlazBlue, until I heard that Continuum Shift II was coming out on the 3DS. I never saw It in any store, so I bought it on eBay. It is Amazing.

The plot is very heard to follow though. This may be just because there were two games before (Calamity Trigger and Continuum Shift), but Continuum Shift II is just a port with added content.

Each character has their own story and contributes to the entire plot. There's way too much too explain, but at the lowest extent to sum it up: The year is 2200 AD. The Dark War is over. Ragna the Bloodedge (AKA, The Grim Reaper) has the prototype of the Azure Grimoire, because Teriumi cut his arm off. Noel Vermilion is........ screw it, just Google it. This is way too hard to explain...
