I was bored so I decided to make a BBCode tutorial.

BBCode

BBCode is the format used to make forum post words become bold, italic, underlined, links, images and coloured. It is very simple and very useful, especially the links.


Bold

Bold is done by putting "[b]" at the beginning of the text you want to become bold and "[/b]" at the end.

Description: Makes text bold
First tag: [b]
Last tag: [/b]
Example EXAMPLE example


Italics

Italics are done by putting "[i]" at the beginning of the text you want to become italic and "[/i]" at the end.

Description: Makes text bold
First tag: [i]
Last tag: [/i]
Example: EXAMPLE example


Coloured

Colour (or "color") is done by putting "[color=???]" (??? could be 'red', 'light blue' etc.) at the beginning of the text you want to become  and "[/color]" at the end.

Description: Makes text coloured
First tag: [color=???]
Last tag: [/color]
Example: EXAMPLE example


URLs

URL links are done by putting "[url]" at the beginning of the text you want to become clickable links and "[/url]" at the end. You can also do [url=www.example.co.uk]TEXT TEXT TEXT[/url]. That would make it so you could click 'TEXT TEXT TEXT' and be linked to the site.

Last tag: [/url]
Example: www.example.co.uk


IMGs

IMGs or images are done by putting "[img]" at the beginning of the text you want to become an image and "[/img]" at the end.


Description: Makes text become images
First tag: [img]
Last tag: [/img]
Example: [img]image link goes here[/img]






PLEASE NOTE
When you have the rank, "New Scratcher," you cannot use IMG or URL tags. Sorry. D:
