So we decided we're making a maze game.
Who should make the actual mazes?
Then we can work on programming it.

So a maze with obstacles, like we were considering.
In that case, the maze itself need not be too difficult; the hard part will be the obstacles.
I'm not so sure about water, but spikes, perhaps even moving spikes sounds cool.
Actually, maybe something like a puddle of "poison" that is sometimes there, and sometimes not.
What do you think?

i did not download the scratch program but i will soon so about how bout we make more than one level and i like the idea of a puddle of poison and scimonster maybe we could even make a multiplayer oh and a time limit to. the moving spikes hmm.. well we could make an upgrade shop you know like being able buy a longer time limit or a retry know what i mean? tell me what you think.

Multiplayer would be quite difficult I think.
You mentioned a time limit. We'll discuss it further.
Maybe instead of an upgrade "shop", some boosts that you can get by rolling over, what do you think?

multiplayer could be pretty hard. but boosts are a great idea like how about we have all sorts of boosts such as extra speed, invisibility, and maybe even invinsibility and by the way im getting the scratch program right now.

Extra speed/time, yes. By "invincibility", do you mean "immunity"? That might make more sense... I don't quite get "invisibility"; what would be the point in not being able to see yourself?

hey scimonster sorry i havent been posting lately but good news my sister got the scratch program. well about the invisibility i was thinking that the guy glows not totaly gone but just a glow so you can see yourself but monsters cant see you. i also thought the guy should maybe be able shoot a laser not strong but an ok weapen .

So invisibility only to enemies. Kind of like invincibility, isn't it?

power ups: shield, no loss health, clone?
items: map, extra heart, book (it lets you learn about monsters.), sword/laser/gun, gold/money/coins.
Maze designs; hedge, brick, pipe, straw, people, glass or house?

Nah, I think that would be too difficult.
And we already worked on the maze; this is the first level:

It's me, Scimonster, from a different account.
I put in the monsters that legolearning drew (he emailed the file to me), and uploaded it for you, dasher, to program!
First, you have to set their starting values, such as their positions. Remember how to do that? They are already where I think they would fit, with the right size.
Then I want you to make them roam.
I'm not telling you exactly how, but I'm giving you clues.
It should bounce off the walls using the same sensing as the "you" sprite.
When it hits a wall, it should randomly pick a direction to turn.
It should keep moving (3.5 steps, a bit faster than "you"?).
