There are NO hackers on Scratch. The Scratch Team has stated this repeatedly. Some people got lucky and guessed passwords--they didn't hack anything. Just make your password strong and you'll be fine.

Oh, whoops. Misposted that. Remove "or spammers", though, and it's accurate.

It would probably be better not to start pointing fingers at other Scratch members and accusing them of various misdeeds - that usually makes the situation worse. We actually have a "no gossip" policy here on the forums.
If you think somebody is behaving inappropriately, you might try asking them politely to stop what they are doing. If that doesn't work, you could add them to your ignore list. If you are still having problems, you can use the "flag as inappropriate" link on their comments or projects. That gives the Scratch Team a link right to the problem area. Or, you can use the "Contact us" link at the bottom of every page to send a message directly to the Scratch Team.
