The creepiest movie I've ever seen is Poltergiest, which isn't very creepy.

Uhh... for movies I haven't seen any, but I heard Carrie is a really scary one.

As for video games, there's Fatal Frame, Dead Space, Amnesia, Dead Island (if it has dead in the name you're probably good), and Hotel 626 (online) c:
