Red Outline

what does it mean when your script blocks in Scratch get an outline of red?

Usually it can't compute, usually when you divide by 0

No, you can get a negative number. But if you are doing something like:

(( <{  }> </> 5 ))

and the variable equals 0, you get that

you also see red outlines when ou use an obsolete block or you drag a block onto a sprite or the stage that isn't supposed to be there (ex. <switch to costume[ [/blocks]on the stage instead of switch to background, or any motion blocks at all.
