Topics with no discussion point are frequently posted here, so I figured this would be helpful.

If you post a topic saying "Talk to meh", that's considered a chat topic and spam. Chat topics are frowned upon because:
a. who knows what people would post?
b. it would be too hard to moderate.

If you post a topic saying "Discuss anything", that's considered a topic with no singular discussion point. Those are frowned upon because:
a. people would have trouble making a single discussion
b. it would be too hard to moderate.
