AI programmer needed (must be talented VERY talented....)

I need a some ai for soccer players. i am still working out the kinks in how this will work but for now i need them to dribble when given the ball and to pass and shoot when they have the ability. if you must program some defense to help with programming the offense thats perfectly fine.
