There is no Oneiric tree yet, so try the natty narwhal version.

I've rebuilt this for Oneiric, including a few minor fixes to the packaging for the new release of Ubuntu. You can find the packages in my PPA for the moment (https://launchpad.net/~allison/+archive/ppa/) and I'll submit them back to the Scratch devs.
The Scratch devs chose to only build the package for the i386 architecture (and I haven't dug in enough to say if this is essential or could be altered), so if you're running Ubuntu 64-bit, you'll need to install with:
sudo apt-get install scratch:i386
This specifies that you want to install the 32-bit package on 64-bit Ubuntu using the built-in "multiarch" support.
