My rates of sleeping are deep 0.6/7 days a week but I slept late recently. Rare. I had to rush to get to yearbook club on Monday

My memory of dreams influences my behavior; no dream means I act crazier, more random and not as smart. The content of the dream will affect my actions. (most dreams are sequels for me lately)

Weird dreams, to be exact.

^This.
Most people don't remember their dreams if they sleep right through them (thus resulting in people saying that they don't usually have dreams), we usually remember dreams where we wake up in the middle of them.
There's a way where you could force yourself to remember your dreams by waking up in the middle of them. You just have to figure out how to wake yourself up when the REM period is occurring (an alarm clock helps ^^).

Actually, as you already know the human body has an internal clock which for me sets off an alarm to wake up at midnight. Dunno why. Sometimes 2 in the morning if I stay up late. Then I react to anything. (even my neighbors loud dog barking well I am covered by 3 blankets. or my baby brother crying.)

I've always wanted to have a lucid dream.
Anybody know how to force yourself to have them?

I can tell if I will have dreams.
If I fall asleep easily, I have dreams.
If I fall asleep at midnight, I don't have dreams.
And, guess what?
I never fall asleep before 10:00 PM.

Keeping a dream diary is supposed to help (I heard that years ago, so it may be out of date
)

I don't usually wake up in the middle of them, and I always remember them. Unfortunately (I about one dream that isn't the creation of my horror-story writing mind about once a year- who knew I was such a good writer?). One time I had this dream where I was looking into a really dark tunnel and hearing a list of elementary particles. 'Electron . . . Gluon . . . Neutrino . . . Up Quark . . . Positron . . . Down Quark . . .' and so on.

Then you'd love the one where I was playing LOTRO, and Boromir and his wife (Arwen) invited me into a Kinship.

I had the strangest dream last night. I still don't know what it was, but that it was all TORTURE and MATH. I woke up actually speaking some math equation aloud when I woke up. And then I was like, "Wait... what am I SAYING?" All I know was the answer was two and two fourths. xD

LOL.
I remember a dream where I missed my friend's birthday party. IRL, as soon as I woke up I ran downstairs an checked the calendar.
The birthday party was in a few days.

I love how I remember sciency stuff and song lyrics in a dream, but don't when I am awake! Or maybe I just make them up
Anyway, dreams prove that everyone has imagination, you just need to learn to express it. So we're all good actors, writers, poets, and comics, we just don't know it!
