I spent months working on my project, BeTiled. I tried everything from advertising to the Show And Tell forum, and it only has 4 views. This is unfair. I see why more and more people are quitting Scratch.
-_-*
Why? Is the entire point you joined Scratch to get on the front page?
Is the only reason you were born to become famous?
Think about it. Scratch is about having fun. Show your family, show your friends. It doesn’t matter how many people view it. It’s that you enjoy what you do.
But since all you want is to be famous, which almost every single Scratcher isn’t, I guess you are therefore not willing to have fun unless people look at your work and are impressed by it.
Well, here’s some news for you: That’s not how the world works. As long as you are happy, and you keep the people around you happy, everything will be fine.
I hate that so many New Scratchers think they should quit because the one in a thousand chance of them becoming “famous” didn’t work out. If that’s the only thing those people are interested in, then I would actually rather have them quit.
So go ahead, quit. You’re just another Scratcher that quit because you couldn’t reach your impossible goal that was based on luck.

1. He's not going to quit
2. He asked to have this topic removed, so he obviously doesn't think that anymore. He said that this topic was stupid.

No problem. I put it on my Stickboy entry (which isn't a stick anymore), but I get a lot of views. You have more forum posts than me.

Well then, that message is to all New Scratchers.
And you don’t have to oppose me. That’s not a good idea.
You obviously aren’t going to change my opinion with two bullet points.

Plus, I never said I WOULD quit. I never said anything about ME quitting at all. I said "Why so many Scratchers are quitting Scratch", and even then, I was mad at something else that had happened completely unrelated to Scratch... I had to let my anger out somehow. And somehow, also, I have a feeling that you once were only on Scratch with dreams of getting famous.
