I frequently see posts on this forum asking for ideas for projects. Here is an idea.
I have posted an educational game for kids named MathGame01 at:
http://greenfootgallery.org/scenarios/230
I would be interested in seeing how an experienced scratcher implements this game in Scratch.

I'll look at it later when I get my dads laptop

wow lol that was boring as *&%^ but you can alway make it better in scratch! I thought of like a math adventure game where when you get powerups, you gotta do math problems XD
Good idea! First duplicate it and share it. Then make it better and share the improved version.
Don't forget to include menus to let the player select such things as the type of game and the difficulty level in the improved version.
Also keep the age level appropriate for kindergarten through about 3rd grade.

Hey, Maker, I appreciate that you didn't actually use an inappropriate word there...but the tone of your post still came across as somewhat less than "respectful" (as mentioned in the "Terms of Use"). I am happy, though, that you shared your thoughts and look forward to your version of the game, if you choose to make one.

Im making a educational game called: Fun With Math. You go To Scratch R Us, and you want to buy a item for $5 but you don't have enough so the cashier says if you answer these math problems i will give you it for free ^_^ Thats educational right?
It is really meant for younger kids, reason why im making it is so i have a diversity in my games and anyone can watch or play them

Sounds like a great idea. I look forward to introducing my grandchildren to it when you post it.

Well here it is ^_^, it only has 4 problems 1 of the following Addition, Subtraction, Multiplications, and Division. http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/Lanie/225381
You did a great job. However, I did notice one curious thing. On my computer it doesn't work if I type the numbers on the keypad on the right side of the keyboard. It only works if I type the numbers using the keys across the top of the keyboard. Is this a general problem with Scratch?
Also, since younger kids may not be able to read the instructions, you might consider recording them and playing them as audio - just a thought

I have a recorder. Want me to record it? Than put some funny effects on it (my voice)?

Sorry, Gargeband isn't taking just the clip, but than some blank spaces. And the gate isn't working that well, so you hear like static in the background. The clip is like 3 seconds long and it made it 7 seconds.

I think this should be in Educators, what do everyone else think?

I have never used it, but there is a built-in recorder in Alice. You could probably download Alice and use the recorder.

Technically, wouldn't that be impossible?

I don't think it would be technically impossible. I believe that the Alice recorder simply writes out to a standard audio file but I'm not certain.

But you have nothing that actually can get the information inside the computer so to speak. Without anything that can get that information inside the computer, I don't know…

Well, obviously you need a microphone pluggged into your computer. Most computers that I have seen in the last twenty years have a microphone connector near the speaker connectors.
Go to http://www.scratch.mit.edu/ext/youtube/?v=2WwQI7dPiAw and view the video. That video was produced in Alice by a high school student. He and his mother did the voiceovers. I believe they created the voiceovers using the sound recorder that is built into Alice.
