I was gonna post a forum about the Rugby World Cup but I decided not to incase its againt the rules. Can anyone clarify this for me? smile thx.

When you gain a "Scratcher" status, you can post that in Miscellaneous. To get to "Scratcher", be active on the forums and main site. You'll get there in no time.
