Have you thought of using a cheap plastic bowl for the hat?
And to make the Black Box (easy rocket launcher), take a cardboard box, paint it off-black, then take a slightly smaller cardboard box and attach it (only one side!) to an end of it. Paint a full-black line around all four sides near the end with the smaller box, then paint a circle on the side that the smaller box is attached to using the same color.

For grenades?
Take two lemons or oranges, put orange paper squares over them then get creative with the handles. Done. Or just use oranges with handles.

The buff banner's easy, take your backpack and stick a flag in it. To be even lazier, get out some big boots. Instant Mantreads.

You MUST have some kind of gardening pickaxe lying around the house. Good Equalizer.
If not then just get a shovel.

Your face is almost ideal for this, though, good luck.
