I just watched the first episode of Aoi Sekai No Chuushin De.

Why did they make Tetris act like...that?

It was really... meh. It felt rushed. I'll give it another chance when the next episode comes though....

Some good appropriate ones would be any series of Pokemon, Beyblade,Yu-Gi-Oh, or Dragon Ball Z thats dubbed. Everything else I lisedt either has a lot of cursing or nudity (and some of them have yuri).Cough-Shoujo Sect and Bodacious Space Pirates-Cough.

If your looking for Science Fiction with a mostly female cast go with Bodacious Space Pirates.

Yu Yu Hakasho has a lot of action in it with a mostly male cast but does have some romance in it but in my opinion the amount of action more than makes up for that fact.( Unless you like romance. Then there are a few episodes I've seen so far that are primaraly romancish sorta.) This series also has a lot of supernatural elements to it to.

If your looking for music I suggest K-On. The cast is basically all female.

Any series of Yu-Gi-Oh is good if you like card games. If you really like card games I suggest checking out Vanguard as well.

Dragon Ball Z is pretty good and there is lots of action in every series plus there is aliens in it to.

If your into GL I recommend Shoujo Sect or Strawberry Panic however Strawberry Panic is filled with cliches and love trianlges and other things that sometimes in my opinion don't make sense(I actually started watching that anime when I was half sleep at about three o'clock in the morning last summer so that may be why). Shoujo-Sect is kinda mature so I recommend not watching that near your parents.

I haven't watched Full Metal Alchemist or Death Note yet but there being added to my list of animes to watch. I've heard there quite interesting and from what I've heard from Death Note it seems like a creepy anime.

If there is something in particular you are looking for let me know I'll do my best to find it. I hope this helped some what.
