This is a great motive for learning HTML.
I would make stuff, but I don't have any ideas. Any simple things I can make for ya' daffy?

Well, i think it would be a good idea to have a lookmat the chrome app store and prehaps get ideas from there. Maybe a weather app.

I've made a working demo of my weather app, unfortunately, I don't think I can submit it because of PHP complications...but anyway, here it is: http://www.weathr.tk/

The PHP code actually bounces signals off the ionosphere to determine the current conditions and make accurate forecasts...
Got you for a sec, didn't I? Actually it uses Google's secret weather API.

I just downloads data from a server. This page for example, if I where to send a request to download this page, I would get the source behind it (all the HTML.) You could use it to get a text file on a server and read it's contents. Cool stuff.

Sorry if this sounds a little self-ish, but FireCloud sounds a bit too similar to FireMMO and FireChat. (FireMMO came first, not sure about FireChat) Can we discuss the title?
