You can look at OperatingSystem's Winitosh at this link: http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/operatingsystem/317494 if you want to find out the mechanics.
My idea, personally, would be to code all the games and then <when green flag clicked>,
have interface with little pictures, that when one was clicked, would broadcast something along the lines of "APP1ON" and then it hides and APP1ON starts. I don't know, just my idea?
