just download a project
make your own project
share the project
remove the project you downloaded and it will show nothing as downloaded
i am 70%-90% sure this will work

To run the Scratch Application, you must download the program. Otherwise the coding is just a random jumble of commands. Once you download Scratch it will actually understand the coding though.
