A few years ago, we had a great English teacher who had a brilliant way of fighting writers' block. I've tried to adapt it for Scratch.
I realize that this is just cutting it as far as TBGs go, and that this can get out of hand. So moderators, please tell me if this is ok.
So, here's how it goes:
I say a sprite, the next person adds a simple script. The third thinks of a project that can use the resultant 'widget' and furnishes a new sprite. Really simple scripts, please. You can even describe it, like "spin really fast".
Here's an example:
1: A book.
2: When clicked, switch to costume (open).
3: A Scratch ebook!
Start off with...
An apple.

Another example:
Plate.
Break when clicked.
A game where you try to break fast-moving plates by clicking them!

A planting game! (Run your own nursery, buy seeds and sell plants)
A car.
