That's a webpage, not a image. An image ends in a .jpg or .png or whatever, Right-click it and select copy image url.

It doesn't work because that's not an image. You have to click the link that says "Full-Size image" on the side.
Why is that? Well, web "pages" can be just image files. Look here - check the end of the URL, and you'll notice it says .jpg, which is a type of image. If you put that between the [img] tags, it'll work.
