Test account?
ive been thinking about having a test account. but is there a such thing as having a test account too early?

Of what, a test account? It's just where you can upload projects that are unfinished/fixed for someone else, so they don't clutter up your main account.
I'm taking a break from Scratch until 2.0 comes out. Any messages sent between then and now probably won't be read - sorry.
