all i have to do is delete index.htm
as you cant overwrite files, you can only add..

Block index.htm, index.html, index.php, Default.aspx, and maybe some more from being uploaded. Or else http://www.cyberkidscountry.com/uploads/ won't work properly!

i'd disallow PHP, HTML, and JS files...

A. That's asking for server-side damage via php
B. HTML + JS = XSS Attack
XSS = Bad

Back in my day.... there were no laws that censored the internet... now, there are.... nah.

Yes.  There's an error.  I'm not going to fix it, because i don't know how, and don't want peopl uploading malicious files.
