Error Message: Unknown Class: UTF32 when saving. HELP!!!

I'm trying to save a Panther project which has custom blocks, but I get an error dialog every time I save: Unknown Class: UTF32.  I have never gotten this before, and other projects are saving fine.  Anyway, I found out that this error means that scratch just isn't finding the class for some reason, but I found it myself.  Anyone know how to tell scratch where the class is???
