Istencyl is expensive.
But basically, for iPhones, you need your app to be approved and you need to pay $99 yearly and give 30% or so of your profits to apple.

It may be easy, but it's not that cheap.
The cheapest way is XCode, which is only... free (if you have lion) but if you don't just sign up for a developer account and download it free (I think)
But you probably don't have a mac cause you're all talking about having corona. Corona is expensive too.
