way to flag only project notes

I think there should be a method to flag only the project notes of project.

Just flag the project. In the box that pops up, say it's only the project notes. The Scratch Team has to review the project and what you wrote before anything happens to it.

I'm taking a break from Scratch until 2.0 comes out. Any messages sent between then and now probably won't be read - sorry.
