Can't view projects by other people on the web

I am unable to see projects by any user but myself.to see them i usaly have to download them,and they have like a 1 in 10000 chanse of showing.all i get is java looking like its loading,but it looks more like its stoped.

This has happened to me.  I restarted my computer and sometimes it works.

There was a problem with some of the new updates we posted to the site.  We have resolved this issue.  Please let us know if anything similar comes up.
