Hey, I have an idea! Have an image making contest for this in requests. it can help spread awareness among artists there who do requests, and get us some new logos!

Re: Project 'fix loveits'

I found this forum thread from imnotbob's signature.  I think this is a great effort/project.  I have seen contests etc. that misuse love-its.  I will definitely add this to my sig.  If this ever gets to the front page, it will make a huge difference.  I never use love-its as "currency", and when I give love-its I often give favorites too because I really appreciate the project.

Re: Project 'fix loveits'

I believe sparks is right, its not often people giving them away for free, its become a reward system. I do believe scratch should have a currency... They could be used better if scratch had a personal message system as then you could send a link to a picture or a download of an img to ONLY THAT PERSON. Otherwise how do you spend.them?

If you are reading this, please read to the end, because if you don't you won't know what's at the end. Don't just skip to the end though otherwise you won't be able to read the middle, which is most important. Now you must be wondering why you just read all that, the reason is you may have not noticed something, read it again and see if you notice it this time  smile

I agree, but the currency would turn in to "I'll give you 10 gold(Or whatever it would be called) if you love this!"

+1 Free love its from contests is the only reason they have decency.

But that's not what it's for. We were just discussing how they should use a currency for things like that

Not exactly. Have you ever heard of love it bribes? They happen often.

If you give out free love its its kind of like saying all the projects are equally as good and there's no differences. Do you believe that?
