Getting a url image from paint

can someone tell me how to get a file from paint have its own url on a webpage so I can post it on the forums?

GENERATION 33: The first time you see this, copy it into your sig on any forum and add 1 to the generation. Social experiment

You would need to upload it to a website like tinypic.

Or imageshack, or something like that.
