About the 3-D projects, It's usually achieved by stamping, Check other players projects on it! And the place links in projecs, It could cause a security flaw, i.e.
A random troll comes into a project and puts links into innapropriate/commercial junk sites. Scratch would take ages to ban these sites from being used in the link block, and that would take AGES.

As for 3D projects, go here and look at header #7.
This links idea probably won't happen, because you could easily make it send people to... less than appropriate sites, or open up millions of windows at once.
I'm taking a break from Scratch until 2.0 comes out. Any messages sent between then and now probably won't be read - sorry.

It would be cool to be able to write the code in text, instead of blocks. It would save time, and would be more similar to other programming languages.
so something like:
[block]
<when green flag clicked><move( 3 )steps>
[/block]
would become:
[when green flag clicked/
[move( 3 )steps/
