I like it a lot! Maybe you could list the Scratchers that contributed in the project notes or in the project? Kind of like the credits you see on a music CD?
We could add the list to the project notes as follows:
Members:
Guitar: hpotter134
Bass: my-chemical-romance
Vocals: designer45
Drums: jslomba
Piano: Lellowsfuzz
Mixing: rabbit1131
Graphic Designer: DIY
Since designer45 is in charge of our band account, you can copy this list onto the project notes.

Give credit to the Frozen Coco team that worked on that song: designer45, technoguyx, hpotter134, and jslomba.

Ok, 2 guitar parts for Lazy Sunday Jam are up on Soundcloud. The first one is the rhythm without much improv, and the second is up higher and has more imrov (and therefore more mistakes).
I got a pickup for christmas, so now I'm recording straight into the computer... yay![]()
Should I keep doing that, or does it sound better when I use an external mic?
EDIT: Also, I've been toying with some song ideas...but I'm not sure it's enough for a full song. Do you think I can write a sort of "B section" for Reload, once we have most of the song done?Will check the parts out. As for the pickup, congrats
It usually needs at least a little processing, but it likely needs less than your microphone recordings - those have tons of bass and muddy up the mix if I don't remove that. If it sounds too "pointy" that can be fixed, too.
I'm pretty sure you could write stuff on Reload, though it's designer45's song so I'd ask her first. A song that we all write would be nice, anyway![]()
Speaking of writing a part of Reload, I was thinking of writing a part of Reload. But I guess this answers my question

What do you mean? We have no intentions of redoing the WIBY cover if that's what you mean...

No, it wasnt that.

Alright! I'm back! Mind if you add my name to the band list? I'm a good photographer as well, so I can do lots of album covers, like, "picture" ones.
I'm also not bad on graphics.
And Violin is just treble, so you don't have to add any specific part for me. I can always improvise.

Maybe a cluttered desk filled with sheets of music scattered everywhere.

Jslomba: Ok.
DIY: I can draw it and you could edit it.

I should be on bass... I think MCR eventually ignored this band, and so far I've played in all FC songs. I should be on mixing too since rabbit hasn't done anything (yet). I think he said his mixing skills were basic, though.
fg123, that's awesome man. I say we should have both you and DIY on graphics. Yes, 4.75 x 4.75 should be the ideal size I guess. I would've done the resized cover at that size but I was in a hurry and didn't bother ._.

@technoguyx:
I'm a good bass player, technoguyx, and I can also mix pretty well, so as to take either burden off you. Also, are you OK with the idea of a desk with sheets of music for the album cover?
@fg123:
technoguyx is not fond of real-life pictures as you mentioned in a previous post and I think that since I am more of a 3D graphics designer and also do 2D, your input will only confuse matters as I can handle the rough draft and the finished version of the album art.
@Lellowsfuzz:
I'll do the draft myself. I've got a good idea for it thanks to jslomba. Thanks for the offer!

Why not? Real life ALBUM COVERS, not pictures of the actual band.
I'm also a 3D modeler and designer, for your information, so lets just all be friends and work together.

I have no problem and would like to work together as friends.
What I meant though was that technoguyx doesn't like using stock photos or real life images. I'm not sure why.
One question: Once I'm done with the 3D album art, what aspects of it will you be able to edit?

fg123 wrote:
I can do 2D editing if you hand me a rendered version. Otherwise, I could work on it. I can make it better, do anything you want me to.

I don't think 2D editing on a 3D image will look good. If there are aspects of the drawing that you can improve, by all means do so. I'm waiting for technoguyx's approval on the cover art.

I wish to keep this post simple.
Why? Because it is a memorial.
NOT a quitting memorial, but a real death
memorial.
You may have heard of -iNetMaster-. He is (possibly) slowly passing away due to juvenile HD. We are in a moment of great sadness, so please do not make fun of this extremely sad time.

He was a great Scratcher, and I'm sure he was a great person too. D:

That is very sad indeed.
Was -iNetMaster-'s account deleted?
