Its sad to see technoguyx go... Another Scratcher leaving. He was a great friend... (Then again, I might quit Scratch when I turn 15/go to high school- there's hardly any time to use Scratch anyway)

Anyway, I can be a second piano player for the band- Raging Cats is crumbling so my buisness there is over tongue

You guys have made a big mark in the history on Scratch. Bluestribute made a band and failed. Raging Cats is on the verge of crumbling, and I myself tried to start an ensemble (jslomba might remember) which... Failed. This is the first and only successful band collab on Scratch. If the wiki allowed articles about users and projects, you guys totally deserve to be on there.

Well, now that finally all tracks are done (except drums... jslomba, mind if I use VSTi drums?) I'll start mixing. Expect a raw track to be done tomorrow or the day after, and the final version in a week at most.

Btw, seeing as there aren't many bassists in Scratch, I would record or help write more tracks if you really want to bring this band from the dead. tongue You'd have to wait 'till I get strings though - my bass hasn't had it's 4th string in like 1 month D:

52 minutes later? Not bad at all. I'm almost done with the "raw" mix, I just gotta remove some popping noise from designer45's vocal track (as always) and add some really subtle reverb for a "room" feel.

One thing I'm considering, is using some subtle autotune on the vocals to fix some parts. It shouldn't really be something that someone with an untrained ear should notice tongue What do you guys think?

EDIT: I might have to shorten that "When I'm besides you, I feel alive" line at the end, to "besides you, I feel alive" or just "I feel alive". It wasn't recorded properly. Either that or have designer45 record that line again.

EDIT 2: Ok, I underestimated myself with the time limit. Because the raw track is done! big_smile I gave jslomba, hpotter and designer45 access to a track in Soundcloud, but since I forgot what Lellowsfuzz's SC was the link is here, I hope it works. Please tell me what do you think, I'll do what I can to implement any idea. smile

We also should start thinking about the single's art, and who to hire as a graphic artist. Because well, we're coming back (...I guess) and this release should be fairly big, if possible getting front page again.

Bump. I'm pretty much done mixing the track. So, how should we release the track? The best way would be to arrange some advertising or maybe an interview with a popular Scratch magazine, mostly because we've already been curated. Apart from that we'll upload the song to Soundcloud and Bandcamp as usual.

We'll need the single art, too. I'll let hpotter and Lellowsfuzz know about the band's "revival" and see if we get some ideas for the art and promotion ;D

I think there are a couple o` problems with WIBY. On the last couple of Life`s it fades down. I dont like the ending either. `alive` has 4 notes.
