Bats
Okay go to a notepad thing or something and type in
"START
START
START
START
START"
But put enters after each "Start" word.
Now save it as "all files" and save it to (title Here).bat
Now click the file and see what happens! 
(DO NOT SHARE THIS FILE ON THE INTERNET)

It opens the amount of times you put start cmd prompt things.
And the reason you don't share it online is because it is illegal to share DOWNLOADS online. I think at least.
