New Idea
One of my friends made a project on Scratch that shows a really cool idea. He made the W- Man episodes. It was something about making new Scratch blocks and the ability on buying new blocks.

there isn't a way to "buy" new blocks that i know of.
hmm.
that could be an interesting scratch mod though.
